PhylloTech is Awarded a SBIR Phase I Grant from the National Science Foundation

In January 2011, PhylloTech received a $150,000 Phase I Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Grant from the National Science Foundation. This grant provides funding for the research and development of novel plant bioproduction methods utilizing PhylloTech’s proprietary trichome technology and brings the total NSF investment in the firm to $300K. Last year, PhylloTech received a SBIR grant from the National Science Foundation to develop natural product biofungicides for the agriculture industry.
